Day 01: Kathmandu (1300m)
Our representative will pick us up at the airport to hotel. Later on, we will be freshening up along with Nepali cultural programs and delicious Nepali food. We will discuss the journey later. Overnight at hotel, Kathmandu.
Day 02: Kathmandu sightseeing to Nagarkot (32km, 2200m)
After Breakfast, we drive around the Kathmandu valley covering Patan Durbar Square and experience the valley’s olden days at Kathmandu Durbar Square. We will know about the medieval period of Nepal and visit many historical monuments, and also see the wooden sculpture works. After lunch, we will drive to Nagakot. The Road is quite narrow and we drive through hills. It is renowned for its sunrise view of the Himalaya including Mount Everest as well as other snow-capped peaks of the Himalayan range of eastern Nepal. Nagarkot also offers a panoramic view of the Kathmandu Valley. Overnight at Hotel, Nagarkot.
Day 03: Nagarkot to Janakpur (275km, 78m)
After breakfast and watching marvelous sunrise view in Nagakot, we ride to Janakpur. We continuously drive through hilly areas for 3 hours until we reach Hetauda. It is the industrial city of our country and is famous for Sekuwa (meat). On our way, we will see the Nepal’s largest dam, Khulekhani. We stop in Deurali, a famous place for lunch where we will enjoy our lunch watching beautiful scenery. The path/ road is quite challenging so riders are suggested to ride slowly until we reach Hetauda. Crossing Hetauda, we will be riding our bike in East-West Highway of Nepal. We ride in plains of Terai watching different crops, rice fields, jungles and peoples of Terai. Riding for 3-4 hours we will reach Janakpur. Janakpur is a holy place for Hindus and also a birth place of goddess Sita. Overnight at Hotel, Janakpur.
Day 04: Janakpur Sightseeing
Today, we go for sightseeing. Janakpur offers an excellent opportunity for visitors to learn about Mithila culture, and people from in and around this peaceful region of Nepal. The most sacred sites are the Janaki Mandir, dedicated to goddess Sita, the Ram Sita bibaha(marriage) mandir, built over the spot where Ram and Sita were said to be married, Ram Mandir, dedicated to god Ram and the holy pond Dhanush Sagar. Hundreds of Indian devotees come here every year to pay their respect to the goddess at this temple. MIthila art and culture can be clearly felt here. At evening, we enjoy our dinner watching mithila dance. Overnight at Hotel, Janakpur.
Day 05: Janakpur to Chitwan (243km, 183m)
Starting after breakfast, we drive through straight road heading west. Driving 25 km then we meet east-west highway at Dhalkebar. We drive watching plain lands and green jungle. Driving for almost 3 hours we reach Hetauda. We will have lunch in Hetauda. Chitwan lies 80 km far from Hetauda. Driving by the side of Rapti river we reach Chitwan. Chitwan is famous place for wildlife and jungle safari. We all will be tired this day we will rest at hotel. Overnight at Hotel, Chitwan.
Day 06: Chitwan National Park
Today, we experience most of the adventurous program in Chitwan, such as elephant back safari, canoe trip, jungle walk, elephant breeding center visit, visit to local village, visit to sunset point and culture dance program. Sunset view from Rapti River bank is most marvelous scene that we see in Chitwan. Go for a click, this will be the best day of this tour package. At evening, we celebrate dinner watching Tharu cultural dance. We will grab volts of fun and enthusiasm today. Overnight at Hotel, Chitwan.
Day 07: Chitwan to Nepalgunj (366km)
After breakfast, we start our bike tour heading to Nepalgunj. The Western border town of Nepal, Nepalgunj is famous for the exciting treks to the Dopolo plateau and Jumla region. Known as the industrial and transport hub of the country. We drive through plains lands. We stop at Daunney for a break. Daunney is famous spot to watch Terai and local tea. Driving 2 hours, we reach Butwal. Butwal is a main gate way to Lumbini, a birth place of Lord Gautam Buddha. The more we drive west more small will be our road compared to east. It will take us almost 8 hours to reach Nepalgunj. We will stop at Nepal longest bridge and sense the beauty of Karnali River. Karnali is the Nepal’s longest and largest river. This long drive will make us feel tired. We will rest at hotel after reaching Nepalgunj. Overnight at Hotel, Nepalgunj.
Day 08: Nepalgunj to Bardia National Park (49km)
After breakfast we drive to Bardia National park. Bardia National Park is the largest national park and wilderness area in the Terai and has excellent wildlife-watching opportunities. Bardiya National park offers more than 250 species of birds, including endangered Bengal florican, sarusa crance also 30 species of mammals including one horned rhinos. We will enjoy elephant riding, swimming, and jungle safari. It’s a long, arduous journey and it’s well worth the effort. We will return to Nepalgunj at evening. Overnight at Hotel, Nepalgunj.
Day 09: Nepalgunj to Pokhara (410 km)
Today, we drive to pokhara. It will be a long journey. The same way of west will lead us to Butwal. 55km north will take us to beautiful place Palpa, from where we enjoy Nepali food watching Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Ganesh and Langtang mountains range. Ranimahal is also an ancient and popular place to visit. We drive through hilly areas slowly until we reach Pokhara. Pokhara is just 114km far from tansen. Driving for couple of hours there we are in the most popular holiday place of whole south asia. Pokhara is mostly famous for paragliding and also a gate way to Annapurna Himalaya. Today’s long journey will make us tired so we rest after dinner. Overnight at Hotel, Pokhara.
Day 10: Pokhara sighseeing
Today, After lunch we will be roaming around Pokhara and visit the famous places of Pokhara including Davi’s falls, Mahadevcave, Tibetan Refugee camp, White Gumba, Begnas Lake and Seti River Gorge. Davi’s fall is famous for its unique waterfall. We can paraglide there or enjoy uiltralight aircraft and sense the thrills of this adventure. Scenery of Pokhara valley, Machhapuchree Himalaya from White Gumba, is also the best part of this tour. Pokhara is simply the best holiday spot in South Asia. City of lakes, Pokhara will make ours holiday the best. At evening, we can enjoy live western music at pub or go for shopping. Overnight at hotel, Pokhara.
Day 11: Pokhara to Kathmandu
After breakfast we drive back to Kathmandu. For lunch, we stop on the way. Driving through jungle and hilly areas for 6 hours we reach our destination. We stop at Malekhu to enjoy fish. Malekhu is famous place for fish where most of the people go to enjoy fish in their weekends. After reaching Kathmandu, at evening, we can either go for shopping in Thamel or rest at hotel. Overnight at Hotel, Kathmandu.
Day 12: Departure
Our adventure Nepal bike tour comes to end today. Our guide will drop us to the airport. On our way to home we have plenty of time to recall our tour adventure and see pictures. We will also have time to plan our future adventure programs.
