Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu

Adventure Outdoors’s representative will meet you upon your arrival in Kathmandu airport, and transfer you to hotel. In the evening, there will be a welcome dinner. For dinner, you will be served excellent Nepalese cuisine which will introduce you to the country's rich food culture.

Day 2
City Sightseeing by Mountain biking: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath, Pashupatinath Temple, and Bauddhanath

After breakfast, we begin our sightseeing tour through UNESCO World Heritage Sites within Kathmandu. Kathmandu Durbar Square showcases Nepalese art and architecture at its best. The architecture is typical of the Malla dynasty who ruled over Nepal from the 12th to the 18th century. Swayambhunath Temple is popular among the foreigners as the Monkey Temple owing to the large monkey population residing in the area. The arch formed white washed Stupa is made out of block and earth supporting an elevated tapered tower topped by a zenith of copper overlaid. The infinitely knowledgeable eyes of Lord Buddha lay on every one of the four sides of the tapered base. This slope is a mosaic of little Chaityas and Pagoda and is the most imperative Buddhist site in Nepal. Appreciate the perspectives of sprawling Kathmandu from the highest point of this world legacy site landmark. Pashupatinath Temple is situated on the banks of Bagmati river and is one of the major temples of Lord Shiva. The Bauddhanath Stupa is one of the largest stupas in South Asia which is built on the ancient trade route to Tibet.

Day 3
Mountain Biking from Thamel to Kakani(2073m) via Mudkhu and then downhill to Surya Chaur, Nuwakot(1983m)

This is a picturesque cycling course around the valley. The ride to Surya Chaur, Nuwakot from Kathmandu begins at Balaju (2 kilometers north of Thamel) and heads towards the street to Kakani which, at a height of 2073 meters, is 23 kilometers away.

The street goes through the turns and turns of the Nagarjuna Forest Reserve. A short break watching the widely varied vegetation may be a smart thought here. When you achieve the pinnacle of the edge, in the wake of experiencing the underlying go to the valley, take the street to one side, rather than going not far off prompting Trishuli Bazar. The T-intersection is unmistakably stamped.

Day 4
Surya Chaur – Gurje Bhanjyang – Chisapani(2300m)

We take breakfast and start to ride to Gurje Bhanjyang. And riding in the forest, there is also a Buddhist nunnery inside the Shivapuri Nagarjun national park. The dirt-road amidst the jungle goes uphill through the villages of Dandagaon, Gurje Bhanjyang, etc. finally unfolding into a panoramic view of mountains, distant hills and finally reach Chisapani Nuwakot, where our camping team already set up camp for us. Enjoy coffee and take rest. To night stay in the camp.

Day 5
Chisapani -- Chauki Bhanjyang--- Nagarkot(2175m)---- Dhulikhel(1700m)

This is our fifth day of Mountain Bike tour. We replace bike, if it is necessary. In the morning, we will see sunrise from mountain if weather is clear. After breakfast, we start to ride bike towards Chauki Bhanjyang. The road is rough and dusty which passes through Tamang village. While stepping down, we will enjoy beautiful rice and potato field. The trail is full of country side organic flavor. With wrinkles in the faces, people are gently smiling and welcoming people in Nepal. Same flavor will be noticed in the trail. After we reach Jarsinpauwa, Sankhu, the trail is some how easy and flat. But while riding to Nagarkot, the trail starts to ascend up to an altitude of 2175 m. which provides the grand stand panoramic views of the Himalayas. You can see five of the fourteen tallest mountains in the world, including Mt. Everest (8848 m.). Other mountains are Lhotse (8516 m.), Cho Oyu (8201 m.), Makalu (8463 m.) and Manaslu (8163 m.) and many other lesser summits. The view of the peaks looks gorgeous during Sunrise and Sunset. We will have lunch in Nagarkot, a beautiful hill station. Then we start to move in south-east direction to reach Dhulikhel. Stay tonight in Dhulikhel hotel

Day 6
Dhulikhel- Namobuddha(1750m)—Balthali(1750m)—Panauti- Lakuri Bhanjyang(1400m)

After breakfast Dhulikhel to Namobuddha riding is one of the best place in terms of Mountain View and religious way. It is situated on a hill above Panauti, the terraced farmlands, superb Mountain View, visit to beautiful Buddhist Stupa of Namobuddha and the serene temples in Panauti are the main height lights of this day. This Town is relatively untouched but where festivals preserving tradition of the indigenous Newars are held. evening time ride to South- west of Panauti to reach Lakuri Bhanjyan.

Day 7
Lakuri Bhanjyang—Godawari – Karyabinayak- Chhovar- Taudaha- Panga- Kirtipur- Bhagbhairav temple

This is our final day of mountain biking, we start to reach Godawari and explore godawari botanical garden and its premises. We will have lunch in the way of godawari and then ride to reach Karyabinak temple and then cross Bagmati river through suspension bridge or motorable bridge. Then connect Pharping Kulekhani highway to reach Taudaha—a beautiful wet land with beautiful lake. Have some rest and captured few memorable moments there and move towards Kritipur—ahistoric city to conclude our 7 days long Mountain Bike tour. Back to hotel in the evening.

Day 8
Rest day

After a long tour, today we will have some rest and shopping in tourist centre. Evening enjoy farewell dinner.

Day 9
Departure

Transfer to airport before two hours for boarding.
